This FREE 5-week workshop will focus on mindfulness interventions with the aim of reducing psychological distress in everyday life. Mindfulness is a way of learning to relate directly to whatever is happening in your life without worrying too much about the future or lingering too much in the past. It’s a way of taking charge of your life and working with your own stress, pain, illness, and the challenges and demands of everyday life.
It will be held once a week on Wednesdays from 12th of June 2019 – 10th of July 2019. Please contact us to register for this workshop and for more info on further upcoming workshops. There will also be an afternoon session running on the same days from 1:00pm – 3:00pm.
