Counsellors

Counsellors are trained to assist people in working through their personal and emotional issues. They provide a safe and confidential environment in which clients can learn to work through their issues and develop strategies to address and resolve problems on their own. Our counsellors can assist with:

  • individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy
  • relationship counselling
  • social and emotional skills workshops
  • financial counselling
  • rehabilitation counselling for people with a disability, health condition or social disadvantage
  • school counselling
  • veterans counselling
  • counselling for children, teenagers and adults throughout the lifespan
  • carers’ counselling
  • anger management
  • grief and loss
  • alcohol or drug addiction
  • dealing with eating disorders like anorexia or bulimia
  • counselling for offenders and rehabilitation following time in prison
