Cheryn is a registered Clinical Psychologist specialising in autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disabilities and provides behavioural intervention, family support, individual therapy and psycho-education. Cheryn also conducts psychometric assessments for diagnostic purposes.
Cheryn has worked in both the private and public domains and has experience working with a variety of clients and presenting problems across the lifespan. This includes anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, family and parenting difficulties, relationship issues and personality disorders. She has a keen interest in mood disorders and multicultural considerations in mental health. She believes the client-therapist relationship is the most important vehicle in the journey to change and reach therapeutic goals.
Cheryn is also bilingual and speaks Arabic.
