Mohammad is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA) and is passionate about empowering clients to take control of their health through education and exercise prescription. Mohammad graduated from the University of Western Sydney in 2015 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Exercise & Sport Science), and completed his Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2018 at Charles Sturt University.
Mohammad has gained extensive clinical experience in treating a multitude of clients including athletes, office workers, children, older adults, and clients with chronic and complex conditions. He is experienced in treating a number of conditions including pre and post-surgical intervention, musculoskeletal injuries, occupational injuries and back pain. With his background in exercise science, Mohammad uses his comprehensive knowledge and skills to promote injury prevention and rehabilitation through quality movement.
Mohammad is also a strong believer in exercise as medicine and enjoys working collaboratively to achieve strong and successful treatment outcomes. It is Mohammad’s greatest privilege to assist everyone to believe in their own greatness and challenge people to become the best version of themselves, with a little bit of fun thrown in on the side. Mohammad looks at all areas of someone’s lifestyle before creating a comprehensive plan to improve health and wellness.
Mohammad loves being an Exercise Physiologist and believes that his passion for moving and enjoying life through movement passes through to his clients. He gives them a better biomechanical understanding of how joints and tissue respond to the injury.
Mohammad has developed his skills as an Exercise Physiologist through his experience in a variety of clinical settings including private practices, sporting teams, private rehabilitation services, nursing homes and more. In his spare time, Mohammad enjoys weight training and playing soccer.
